I was there for over 2 hours to sign paperwork after we took a test drive. The paperwork had to be redone multiple times. Todd & Zach agreed to send me a picture of the torn up check we wrote for the vehic took a test drive. The paperwork had to be redone multiple times. Todd & Zach agreed to send me a picture of the torn up check we wrote for the vehicle once the wire transfer was received. They did send me a confimation of the wire transfer but they didn't follow up with what they said they would do. They didn't do this. I had even sent a follow email on 4/7 to remind Zach of this promise he made and to let him know that we couldn't log in to see any of our documents, I felt the delearship was poorly run compared to my experience with Walser dealership in Wichita that I bought a care a week earlier of which I gave them 5 stars for the experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dan was top notch to work with. Answered all my questions and there were many.
