I came in for just an oil change, and they said I needed my brake fluid flushed also. This ended up taking 5 hours and 15 minutes. Then I was told it would be done at 1 o’clock so I had my kids dropped off there because my wife had to go an appointment. I didn’t end up leaving there until 3:15. I purchased a 2 year old vehicle from their used inventory. They advertised the truck as having new tires. Test drive went fine but after I purchased the truck and spending more time on the highway inventory. They advertised the truck as having new tires. Test drive went fine but after I purchased the truck and spending more time on the highway I noticed there was a shake in the steering wheel at highway speeds. I called Walser Chrysler back (4 days after purchasing the truck) to see if they could simply check the tire balance. They told me there's nothing they can do for me and that steering wheel shake is normal because its a truck. Long story short, I brought it to discount tire, they checked the tires and found that the front driver side was out of balance, fixed it and now the truck drives great. For how simple and inexpensive balancing a wheel is I feel Walser should have at least offered to look at it for me (especially after giving them a $40k check). Because they don't stand behind their work/inventory I can't recommend them and will not be working with them again. More
