Dealer always take forever to solve an issue. They offer no flexibility when it comes to have a loaner or rental if your car takes more than a couple of weeks to get fixed. The service department They offer no flexibility when it comes to have a loaner or rental if your car takes more than a couple of weeks to get fixed. The service department is always backed up, even for emergency or any appointments you will have to plan 3-4 weeks ahead of time and don’t mind about dropping the car it will be sitting on their parking lot until you call a remind them that you are waiting for it. Worst experience ever, waiting to have the change and change my jeep for anything else to start away from Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. More
