I brought my truck in for a recall and asked them to check the drivetrain that is still under warranty. I was charged $99 diagnostic fee and then an additional $15 shop tool charge on top of that. check the drivetrain that is still under warranty. Consistently excellent customer service. Always businesslike and polite, and time. If I ever owned an auto dealership, I’d try my best to hire Steve Belzer as general manager. Clean, bright, great customer work area and coffee offerings, many of the service advisors have been there for years. I especially appreciate Jim Sochko and his professionally calm way of discussing offerings, many of the service advisors have been there for years. On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, my Jeep Grand Cherokee was serviced at the Walser Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership in Hopkins, MN (per the conditions of my extended warranty protection). I discovered mi serviced at the Walser Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership in Hopkins, MN (per the conditions of my extended warranty protection). I discovered missing money from my vehicle today, Wednesday, May 21, 2025. $1.50, to be exact. One dollar, folded into fourths, and two quarters. I didn't think it strange that my dash storage had been closed during service, so it wasn't until today, when I went to Aldi, that I opened it to fetch my cart quarter. It, my backup cart quarter, and the dollar were gone. The $1.50 isn't the point; it's the fact that an individual who touched my vehicle thought it acceptable to take something that was not theirs to take. As a result of this individual's actions, I have lost all trust and faith in Walser and its employees. I will never purchase another vehicle from any Walser brand, and it will be under duress that I will take my vehicle to Walser for service under the terms of my extended warranty. I will no longer recommend to any friend, family member, or stranger any Walser service, collision, or sales opportunity. Over $1.50, Walser has lost a promoter. I sent this exact information to the dealer through their website on May 21, 2025, and they have yet to respond. More
My vehicle was serviced by Steve. I had the best experience possible. He kept me informed throughout the repairs, sending videos and explaining in detail what needed to be done and I had the best experience possible. Just bought a car from this dealership. Traveled from Indiana to Minnesota. Salesman helping me was Jacob L. Was told by Jacob that car was immaculate/no issues and very clean. Asked him th Traveled from Indiana to Minnesota. Salesman helping me was Jacob L. Was told by Jacob that car was immaculate/no issues and very clean. Asked him this as I had to buy flights and hotel to come there and I don’t want to be surprised. Car is certified pre owned so there should be no problems as it undergoes a rigorous inspection . Until they failed to mention that there’s a cracks/chip in the windshield that was found on the way home. Couldn’t see it there as it was raining during viewing of car. Was told by windshield replacement place that it would be $500 to repair. I called the dealership to speak with Casey Novonty and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I argued as I just flew states away to buy a $40,000 car from them and explained to him this wasn’t noted anywhere and they failed to tell me. He probably got tired of our call and me fighting back and said unfortunately with a used car it comes with this and offered $250 towards my $500 deductible. I said no as this is not something that’s ok. He never called back so I followed up 3 days later and said his general manager said nothing can be done and they’re not longer offering $250 towards my deductible. Walser promotes a 100% customers based experience but don’t back that up. Mind you, when this was found I hadn’t had my car for 3 full days. Can’t return the car as they give 3 days/ 300 mile warranty return and I drove 615 miles home. I know they knew exactly what they were doing there. Beware buying from this dealership. More
