We had a good experience at first knowing they don’t work off commission and pricing was fair. When it came down to the final numbers at the end of buying our car, we could tell they make additional money of off commission and pricing was fair. When it came down to the final numbers at the end of buying our car, we could tell they make additional money off the extended warranty and financing. When we declined the warranty and went with our own bank for financing the tone towards us shifted. They were very short and no longer overly happy to help us. We were also interrogated several times for why we are declining the warranty. It was frustrating as we were the only ones in the dealership buying a car that day. So, I am unsure why we were being dismissed for not buying the extended warranty or using you for financing. We were also told the car had a multiple point checklist done to ensure quality. The first time we used our windshield washer fluid the hose wasn’t even hooked up. Overall I don’t think I would purchase a vehicle from here again. More

It’s been exactly one week since I dropped off my Chrysler 300 and I have yet to hear from the dealership regarding a diagnosis. The service advisor, Adrian, has been slow to respond and I’m the one typically following up for an update. I’ve expressed my concern about unexpectedly being without a vehicle for seven days. As a result, I’ve had to rely on rideshare services, which has significantly increased my out-of-pocket expenses. Unfortunately, the only response I received was that no loaner vehicles were available and that I would be contacted if one became available. What’s most frustrating is the clear lack of understanding, urgency, and transparency throughout this process. When I dropped off my vehicle last week, I even offered to test drive it with a technician to help pinpoint the issue, but Adrian assured me it wasn’t necessary.
