⭐ 1 Star (Would Give Zero if I Could) By far the most miserable dealership experience I’ve ever had. Imagine waiting weeks for your Jeep to be released, only to have the sales department — not service — miserable dealership experience I’ve ever had. Imagine waiting weeks for your Jeep to be released, only to have the sales department — not service — be the one who finally gives you permission to pick it up. If I hadn’t spoken to that lady from sales, who knows how long they would’ve held my vehicle hostage. They finally dropped the bogus charges on September 25th, after trying to bill me for lubricating four doors when they only did three — and charging me a $100 deductible despite my Zero Deductible Lifetime Maximum Care Warranty. When I showed up the next day to sign the paperwork (as soon as humanly possible), I waited an hour and a half in line, only to be told I needed to wait again for the garage manager to “check me out.” He couldn’t find the paperwork, gave me attitude, and then had the nerve to say people like me are the problem. For the record — the problem was the service manager, Adrian, who couldn’t be bothered to get off his cell phone long enough to handle my case correctly. He ignored the clear language in my contract, refused to call Mopar, and kept reading from some imaginary version of a warranty that didn’t even apply to me. Every time I asked for a supervisor, they promised a call back that never came. I repeated that loop so many times I could’ve set it to a remix. And even after all that — they still didn’t fix everything. The glove box? Broken. The defrost fan? Still dead. The charging port? Forgotten. I finally convinced them to fix the glove box, which somehow took another thirty minutes. Bottom line: Walser CJDR Hopkins turned what should’ve been a simple warranty visit into a full-blown hostage negotiation. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Save yourself the headache — go anywhere else before you end up in their endless loop of incompetence. More
very excellent service. Even answered questions after purchase. Kept in touch and offered option (delivery) due to my chaotic schedule. The dealership itself is nice, but I was very disappointed with the customer service from my salesperson. Once my purchase was complete, the regard for me as a customer seemed to diminish signifi disappointed with the customer service from my salesperson. Once my purchase was complete, the regard for me as a customer seemed to diminish significantly. When I picked up my vehicle, I was surprised to find an “extra” soft cover tossed haphazardly in the back with the seats down. That didn’t feel like a vehicle that was properly cleaned and prepared. To make matters worse, the manuals provided were the wrong year and entirely in French. When I asked about receiving the proper manuals, I was told the dealership only gives customers whatever comes with the vehicle when they acquire it. Instead of a proper solution, I was directed to download a 300+ page manual myself. It wasn’t until I said I would consider returning the vehicle that the manager—not the salesperson—stepped in and ordered the correct manual. The manager was helpful, but the entire post-purchase experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I do like the vehicle, but the customer service I experienced was extremely poor. Because of that, I would not recommend this dealership. More
