2 hour+ wait time for a simple diagnostic, even with an appointment. Brought my car in with three issues -- one of those issues was fixed properly, but the other two were not. When I came in a second time to explain that the problem had not been fixed, they tried to charge me for a second inspection even though I already paid the first time. The service advisor was fantastic. Extremely personable and helped explain a feature I did not understand. He was efficient with paperwork and getting me out the door. When I got my van back my tire pressure light was on. It was not on and had never come on in the 9.5 months I had owned the vehicle. I assumed it was weather related. I brought it home and my husband, who is a tech had to fill not only the one tire but all 4 total. They were set to 32, low tire was at 28. The recommended pressure is 36. The paperwork did not reflect the actual tire pressure on my vehicle. It was clear it was not checked accurately. More
