The extended warranty and service plans with fabric and paint protection is needed for some customers. We explained that we don’t keep cars long enough and it was still pushed. This part became uncomfortable during the process. The all digital/tablet part wasn’t appreciated, I would rather have paper copies. In our case it would have prevented the deal from almost falling apart. We came for 2025 CRV and were sold a 2024. This would have been noticed if I had paperwork to review versus scrolling through things quickly. More
