I came to Walser Honda with my financing reapproved, an 800+ credit score, and the vehicle I purchased already found online via my credit union’s auto buying service and I was still left sitting in the dea 800+ credit score, and the vehicle I purchased already found online via my credit union’s auto buying service and I was still left sitting in the dealership for over three hours. It should have been the easiest and quickest sale of the day for them but it was unnecessarily drawn out. They ran my credit multiple times“in order to “be able to accept a check” from me for my 50% down payment. I was also told there was no second set of keys available for the vehicle I purchased, which was a 2025 model. Rather than waste more time in the dealership, I had to call a sales manager a few days later to arrange picking up the second key fob. They also tried to add $300 to the final sale price at signing after I was already presented with the all-in price. It seemed like they were just hoping I wouldn’t notice the increase, or maybe that I wouldn’t care to mention it. Had it not been the make and model I was eager to buy, I would have walked out. I do not recommend Walser Honda. More
