We came in knowing what we wanted to buy. Test drove it and bought it. All we asked for was two keys. You declined, said you had a one key policy. What does that even mean? Eventually they gave us a key, but charged us $150 to program it. Was it worth it? Every time the fact that we bought a car comes up with someone new, I tell them about the debacle with getting a second key. We’re going to be replacing another one of our cars in the next couple of years, and I won’t be going to Walser. If it wasn’t for the issue with the key, it would have been a good experience. More
