Started by getting an online quote for my Ridgeline that was thousands less then My local dealer. I drove 3 hours to get to the dealership and they had the Ridgeline parked up front by the entrance waiting was thousands less then My local dealer. The people are nice, however I didn’t receive great service. It felt like a lot of my time was wasted here. I came in one day to sign my contract and mentioned I wanted the weather floor mats for my CR service. It felt like a lot of my time was wasted here. I came in one day to sign my contract and mentioned I wanted the weather floor mats for my CRV. A week and a half later I came to pick up my car, and texted my salesman that morning as a reminder that I wanted the weather floor mats. He said he would let the parts department know and add it to my due bill. When I picked up my car I asked where the floor mats were and after he checked he said they were out of stock but he did add them to my bill and that someone would reach out when they are in stock again. A week later I still had not heard anything so I asked for an update, he asked if I could come in Saturday (today) and they would be ready. They were in fact not ready and they were not on my bill when I bought the car like he said they were. When the manager came to talk to me he told me that my salesman said I never asked for these weather floor mats, although after this conversation I looked back through our texts and I asked multiple times. They made me feel stupid as if I never asked. More
