The sell guy was very informative, however, he added a service to the plan that he never asked about my agreement. I was extremely tired I didn’t want to argue. I wish the company will have a better system on how to train employees not to be so pushy to customers, give the customers the freedom of choices. More

Horrible experience, we found the jeep online and worked with the salesman the day before. Had financing done online and scheduled a time to be there the next day as we drove 3 1/2 hours to get there and to with the salesman the day before. Had financing done online and scheduled a time to be there the next day as we drove 3 1/2 hours to get there and told the salesman we had to leave no later than 2 as we had to be back home by 5:30. He didn’t respect our time and was working on multiple deals with other customers and had us wait for over an hour even though we had an appointment. We finally asked for another salesman and he was great. We bought the car on a Friday and on Sunday every warning light, check engine light and error message it has, has been going off. Definitely be very cautious buying from them More
