It ook multiple visits to pinpoint the issue but it was finally determined to be electrical. Jake Schlussler is the best advisor I’ve worked with! He kept me informed, took the time to ask about the issue’s history and always explained everything well. I’ve been a Walser customer since 2012 and just bought another car there (my fourth one since 2012) which I’ll also have serviced there when due for maintenance or repair. My sales guy was John Gouette and he was great to work with. I was in and out in just a couple of hours and bought a used Civic Si that I’d been searching for over the past few months. Found it there, test drove on a Tuesday night and went back in Wednesday to purchase. Love Walser Honda! More

My service was handled professionally and that was appreciated. I did however have a communication issue, where I was essentially ghosted after calling to ask a question. This happens, and was uninte appreciated. I did however have a communication issue, where I was essentially ghosted after calling to ask a question. This happens, and was unintentional — but I did have an issue with the fact that when I did reach someone to TELL the dealership they had an issue — the person I spoke to spoke to me like I was a child who didn’t understand what I was talking about. She also told me I was wrong when I told her a voice mail box was full — informing me that it could not be and that I must have been calling the wrong number (I was not). I did not appreciate the attitude (especially since it turned out that I was correct and the issue WAS actually on their end). Not a huge problem or deal breaker for me using this dealership … but slightly annoying which is why I dropped my rating one star. More
I waited 2 hours to NOT have the issue with my infotainment system resolved. There were no status updates and even when I texted the phone number I was provided for my service coordinator, I recei infotainment system resolved. After two hours one of the salesmen sat in the car and tried to coach me through “fixing” the issue, with no result. I had already tried everything he suggested and I had already told (and submitted with my appointment details) them that I tried all those ideas. So I left with no solution. On my way home a different technician called me and said he was positive the problem is due to an Apple iOS update problem and not an issue with the car. He said this is a known issue and there’s nothing they can do. If that’s is the case, why did I have to wait 2 hours? More
Well, I’m not impressed with the way I was handed a #! ! I’m a Person with a name not a #! & two come find me when my vehicle is finished, not a text. Oh and now my start button has a crack in it!! My Service was top notch!
