Poor sales service after putting down a payment and before delivery of the car. I’m a customer of Walser Toyo since 2005 and expected similar professionalism. Floor mats were missing on delivery while before delivery of the car. I’m a customer of Walser Toyo since 2005 and expected similar professionalism. Floor mats were missing on delivery while I saw them while test driving, break lights not working. When questioned them they provided dismissal answer like it never came with one. Looks like if it’s not a Honda, they don’t treat customers right. Will never go back or purchase a Honda. More
