there seemed to be some confusion with what was included with free service for my lease so the tire rotation (which was needed) did not get done. once i realized this my husband (who brought the vehicle in with free service for my lease so the tire rotation (which was needed) did not get done. once i realized this my husband (who brought the vehicle in for service) called back multiple times, left two voicemails and still has yet to receive a call back. I’m frustrated that I will be needing to bring my car back in for service again to complete something that should have been taken care of at the time of the oil change - now one of us will need to step away from work/family again to have this done. More
