I called next day to corporate who also tried calling service to no avail. After back and forth, i eventually called again to find out it was ready to be picked up (at 4pm) next day from when i dropped it off. More issues with service manager, very condescending and zero customer service. Also left the general manager a voicemail today looking to discuss more. Should also mention I’m dealing with a charge (unrelated to this) from Carl, the previous service rep who didn’t check my warranty… done typing for now, but I have more to say More
