Dan even drove out to my house to look at my Z06 for a possible trade (roads were too icy to drive it to Walser.) We set a time for me to stop out - I decided to buy the Sonata the minute we came back from the test drive. Frank Donato, Customer Specialist (finance) was equally helpful. Really made the paperwork process quick, efficient, and pleasant. Almost enjoyable. I'm amazed how streamlined the process was, and his personal help to identify places in Italy to visit with my family was excellent. After all of this the store manager thanked me for my business - seemed genuinely appreciative I picked up the Sonata two days later and Dan had the car warming up for me (10 below weather that evening) All this and a great car and an excellent value. More

In for an oil change left with new Santa Fe We had a Sonata that we brought in for an oil change and while service was being done we checked out the Sante Fe. Met with Rand the general manager w We had a Sonata that we brought in for an oil change and while service was being done we checked out the Sante Fe. Met with Rand the general manager who explained and showed the Sante Fe and the Sport. Allowed us a test drive and explained lease vs purchase with us. Came to terms and Troy wrote up the deal. Courtney took care of all the paperwork. Within three hours we drove out with the new SanteFe. This all happened after 4:00 on Friday of Christmas weekend. They had to stay a little past closing for us and did not complain once. Great people and fantastic service. Thank You More
