The communication here was terrible. I dropped the car off the morning of 9/12 and was told the job would be completed by end of day 9/16. I called for an update late in the day on 9/1 I dropped the car off the morning of 9/12 and was told the job would be completed by end of day 9/16. I called for an update late in the day on 9/16 and was told he would check on a status and get back to me. He didn’t, I called back the next day and talked to another person, who apologized and promised to get an update. I finally heard back on 9/25 that my car was done. More

I’m from out of town and my 2016 had an oil leak that was needing attention before I left. They got me in the next business day AND fixed the issue. Very impressed with the staff especially my service writer needing attention before I left. They got me in the next business day AND fixed the issue.
