Went to discuss whether I wanted to trade in my lease for a new lease or buy it out. Asked a lot of questions, including whether all the features would be the same as that was very important to me. Was assured multiple times that everything was the same so we decided to lease a new car instead of buy ting our current car. Turns out the features are NOT the same and I wish we had just kept the old car. The worst part is that they put the wrong VIN number on all our paperwork and we had to return to the dealership to sign everything again. Only to get an email a few days later that they forgot another form. Worst experience at a dealership I e ever had and now I’m stuck with a higher payment for a downgraded vehicle I was assured multiple times was the same. More
