Friendly, honest and helped with getting my new car remote programmed. I was quite surprised for a $400 key and then a larger charge to program it and then it didn't even have the backup key in. Perhaps parts should check an item when it comes in to ensure all is there and I didn't have to make extra trips there. Went to discuss whether I wanted to trade in my lease for a new lease or buy it out. Asked a lot of questions, including whether all the features would be the same as that was very important to me. Was assured multiple times that everything was the same so we decided to lease a new car instead of buy ting our current car. Turns out the features are NOT the same and I wish we had just kept the old car. The worst part is that they put the wrong VIN number on all our paperwork and we had to return to the dealership to sign everything again. Only to get an email a few days later that they forgot another form. Worst experience at a dealership I e ever had and now I’m stuck with a higher payment for a downgraded vehicle I was assured multiple times was the same. More
Moses is very serious when trying to please a customer. I found after leaving that a tire stem cap was missing as well was the next service mileage label. On returning Moses took care of it promptly.
