Terrible! !! Sold me a vehicle that the AC went out after three days. My sales person told me that the used car sales manager said I was out of luck no warranty !! Sold me a vehicle that the AC went out after three days. My sales person told me that the used car sales manager said I was out of luck no warranty! I called back and asked to speak with service manager or used car manager, it’s been three weeks and no response! I also was told there were two sets of keys. After I bought vehicle and paperwork done, salesperson went to grab other key and it was not there. I asked for them to make another key for me as it costs $250 to do so. Used sales manager said we can’t program keys for a Honda and I’d have to go to a Honda dealer and pay out of pocket!!! Pretty crappy service in my opinion. Never again will I purchase anything from them!! For future customers, be very careful dealing with them!!’ More
