Suzanne, we regret to hear that you had this experience with us. We do offer a LYFT that could've taken you home/work/shopping and back while your car was being serviced. Although it seems as if the issue was not with the vehicle, but an issue was with Sirrius radio subscription and not us; we try to assist our customers the best we can.This is an opportunity for us to improve communication with our guests. Hopefully you are getting accustomed to your new vehicle. If you are unsure about some of the features, please bring it in and your salesperson can go over what you are not sure of.
