Dan, we are sorry to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. We sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. You were looking at a pre-owned vehicle, as were other customers online & in the store. We do not hold cars, negotiate prices and we do our best to assist all of our customers in a fair & transparent manner, whether they are shopping online, via phone or in person. You repeatedly asked us to lower the price, told us you were not in a hurry, and said not to call because you were turning off your phone. Saturdays tend to be our busiest days and as much as we try, we cannot always respond immediately to messages sent to us online. We are sorry you were disappointed in the process.

Suzanne, we regret to hear that you had this experience with us. We do offer a LYFT that could've taken you home/work/shopping and back while your car was being serviced. Although it seems as if the issue was not with the vehicle, but an issue was with Sirrius radio subscription and not us; we try to assist our customers the best we can.This is an opportunity for us to improve communication with our guests. Hopefully you are getting accustomed to your new vehicle. If you are unsure about some of the features, please bring it in and your salesperson can go over what you are not sure of. Also, there are some great videos at nissan-usa.com that you can view for your specific year & model.
