Sales and finance were great. Service ripped my carpet. I went with a perfect backseat carpet, picked up with a giant rip. They claim they did not do it, but it did not rip itself. Of course, no one will come forward to admit they did it. Which does not surprise me. Cause no one wants to get in trouble. But I was super disappointed about it. I have no idea how to fix it myself. Can not find carpet to match. Will not be going back. Again, I did have a good experience with sales and finance. If they would not have ripped my carpet, I would not be writing this. More

Was told initially that appointment would takena little longer due to needing additional parts, would be done by lunchtime the following day. Wasnt done until about 500pm. Went to pick up and van kept st longer due to needing additional parts, would be done by lunchtime the following day. Wasnt done until about 500pm. Went to pick up and van kept stalling, turns out tech never test drove vehicle and one of the spark plugs repkaced was cracked. Also vehicle was brought in for shaking in front end, even with new front brakes and tires it still shakes severely, but sonce vehicle is a service trick dropping arra Hong a time to drop off again is tough, especially not knowing how long they will need it again this time. “Tech” damaged my front wheels and lug nuts doing a rotation which was not needed on my new truck. Service manager offered to repair powder coat on the wheels and replace the lug nuts. The lug nuts wer rotation which was not needed on my new truck. Service manager offered to repair powder coat on the wheels and replace the lug nuts. The lug nuts were replaced with some small random car lug nuts and do not match the originals. This was shown to whom ever was running the department that day. Finally my front wheels were painted with some kind of textured satin clear overspray and are not shiny anymore. This is very irritating. My vehicle was not clean when I picked it up. It was not even washed the day that I bought it a year ago as promised by the salesperson. Unfortunately Walser Nissan will not get any return business from me. More
