We just had our first experience this week with Walser Nissan Burnsville. We worked with Christi V. and she was fantastic! she is highly knowledgeable, and she worked hard for us, helping us stay within Nissan Burnsville. If I could give zero stars I would. I took a 2015 Murano to Walser for a problem with the transmission. I was told the vehicle needs a new transmission and it would be $6500. I dec I took a 2015 Murano to Walser for a problem with the transmission. I was told the vehicle needs a new transmission and it would be $6500. I declined, and on the way home a different service advisor called and said the vehicle had an extended warranty and the new transmission would be covered. I guess it was too much to ask of the first advisor to look into that. Less than a week after the transmission was replaced I noticed a puddle on the garage floor. I called, brought the vehicle back and was told they couldn't find any leaks. When I picked the vehicle up the service advisor said it was probably just runoff from the air conditioner. When I said it was oil the response was it could have been residual oil. I explained that based on the size of the puddle that was not the case. Shortly after getting it back there was a puddle on the garage floor again. After arguing, they agreed to replace the seals on the transfer case. There is a TSB for this very leak. A few days later I got a call saying there were some rusted bolts and they were no longer going to cover the work to get the leak fixed. According to the service advisor the leak was just a coincidence, and had nothing to do with replacing the transmission. They claim to have replaced the transmission while leaving the transfer case in the vehicle. Now I'm left a $2000+ repair bill. More
I purchased a Nissan Murano from Walser Nissan in December. When test driving it made a small noise and the sales rep said that's a normal SVT sound. Well since then the noise sounds like the transmission is loose and when you accelerate at high speeds it sounds like a toy car. They knew it was defective and openly lied to me to make a sale. This is the second time I have been burnt by a Walser dealership. More
II was coming back from a camping trip when an hour out a light came on. I called for an appt. and was told the soonest was in a week! I decided to pull into the service dept. to try to get in. I was told light came on. I called for an appt. and was told the soonest was in a week! I decided to pull into the service dept. to try to get in. I was told the light indicated that the tires needed to be rotated. Without a doubt he told me they could do it now. Much to my surprise my tires were rotated, new windshield wiper blades put on and my oil changed. :) Yeah I never have had to make a service appt. They are alway available for service. thank you. I was out of town and my car would not recognize my key fob and would not start. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in right away even though they were booked and they would take a look a fob and would not start. They were in touch with me throughout the whole process and let me know how much it was going to cost even before they ordered any parts. Long story short, they were very professional and so very kind. I would definitely take my car back to them. Thanks to them, I am back on the road and on my way home! More
I had to get a new car and what I thought started out as a good experience turned out to not be. The finance office at Walser told me my back wouldn't touch me, BUT that wasn't true!!! My bank sent over an offer for me to finance my car with them, BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE OFFER. instead I was told I have to open my options and see if another bank would finance me. I received a letter from my bank showing me what they offered me and the terms of the agreement AND THAT THE DEALERSHIP TURNED DOWN THE OFFER WITHOUT ME KNOWING. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW IM STUCK WITH A LOAN AND A BANK I'VE NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH. I called the dealership after receiving this letter from my back and NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLES AT ALL. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER More
