Technology doesn't always make things better but Walser has deployed technology tools that really do help the consumer - I love seeing the video walkthrough / inspection of the car and getting alerts when has deployed technology tools that really do help the consumer - I love seeing the video walkthrough / inspection of the car and getting alerts when service is complete / being able to pay invoice directly from my phone is a huge time saver. The front desk staff also left me with a parting gift for my toddler at home when I told them I was going to share the video with them as well. He enjoyed the video and the Hot Wheels car! More
