There was no pushy sales tactics, everything was explained and answered that I had questions on. I would gladly purchase a vehicle from Esam or Walser again. The truck was great, looked like the pictures and nothing was hidden or missing. I ended up having to get it towed back after bringing it home the first night due to a coolant leak but that was from a misrouted belt. I emailed Esam about it on a Sunday, Monday morning I had a call from the dealer who was going to tow it back to the dealership to see what the issue was. The truck was fixed that day and I have put on about 500 perfect miles since. I will gladly refer anyone to Walser and Esam. More
