I had a problem with my air conditioner and was scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning for 1 1/2 day service so I was supposed to have car back by Friday and had an important trip to make to TX I ca an appointment on Wednesday morning for 1 1/2 day service so I was supposed to have car back by Friday and had an important trip to make to TX I called Friday evening to find out about my car then later received message that my car would not be available until Monday!! No explanation was given When I did receive my car on Monday afternoon there were multiple deep scratches on my dash panel below the stereo and on the side the panel was open and not attached on the inside windshield also had several greasy forehead prints on it and my door panels were coated in pollen where apparently doors were left open. I have bought 3 cars from Walt Massey in Lucedale and this has by far been the worst service I have ever had! Someone needs to check behind these service dept guys and make sure they have not messed up people new cars! I know there were pics taken before work was done so where are the pics after? I was told by Allison that the piece that is scratched would be replaced but had not heard anything more until I notified her today to see when it would be repaired and was told it is on “back order” More
