In a Pinch Returning to Missouri from Vacation in Gulf Shores. Caliper froze up. Looked for nearest GMC dealer and found Walt Massey. Issue was diagnosed and r Returning to Missouri from Vacation in Gulf Shores. Caliper froze up. Looked for nearest GMC dealer and found Walt Massey. Issue was diagnosed and repaired in two hours or so. Hats off to Bobby, Amy, Josh, and Wendy. We were treated with upmost courtesy and professionalism by all. Replace TPMS sensor I have bought four new vehicles from Walt Massey and have always had all service done at the dealership. That won't happen again unless it is under w I have bought four new vehicles from Walt Massey and have always had all service done at the dealership. That won't happen again unless it is under warranty. I had a TPMS sensor replaced about 3 years ago and it cost $106.00. I had one replaced on 6/26/19 and it cost $344.86. The sensor was $98.00, which is twice what it cost at a local parts store. But, $186.00 to take the tire off and replace the valve stem/(sensor) is ridicules plus $35 for "shop fee" will NEVER happen again. Any good tire store can do the same thing (including reprogramming the sensor) for around $50.00. That's my last non-warranty work for Walt Massey!!! More
