We’re not very please with the service!! When we received the vehicle back, after trusting Walt Massey to complete the job, everything was still out, meaning the module was and is still hangi When we received the vehicle back, after trusting Walt Massey to complete the job, everything was still out, meaning the module was and is still hanging below the dash and is not put in its place. The air box was still in the back of the car when we got the car back and since we were still there we decided to trust you with an oil change and told the service department about the air box. Understandably, prior to the vehicle coming to you, the air box was taken off by another mechanic. The problem is that you chose not to put it on or inform us that it was not in place. The fact that you would allow a customer to leave in that condition is very disappointing. It is unprofessional and shows that you completely discard the safety of your customers once you’ve collected your money. There was also no power steering fluid and again, we were not informed. Which also means that during the oil change you failed to check the fluids like you’re suppose to, like you are paid to do. So to say the least we are displeased with the service you provided and will NOT refer you to anyone nor come back for your services. More

Dead battery I was about to leave work when my car wouldn’t start. I called Walt Massey and told them my problem and asked if they could send someone to jump my ca I was about to leave work when my car wouldn’t start. I called Walt Massey and told them my problem and asked if they could send someone to jump my car off, which they did. After trying to get a battery and someone to put it in at a local parts store, I had to call Walt Massey again to ask if they could help with a battery and install it for me. They not only did that for me but one of their mechanics stayed after they were supposed to close to help me. I’m very grateful for that and happy with the service I receive from Walt Massey. More

Took care of me Purchased a used vehicle from them and had an issue the day after i brought it home. Contacted them and without missing a beat they said they would make it right. The part was unavailable through GM, backordered with no solid delivery date, so they found a GM part through another vendor...I'm sure it wasn't cheap. Scheduled an appointment and the car was fixed. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, professional, and seemed genuinely concerned about the issue...great dealership, with great folks! Brian W. in sales helped me find the car of my dreams, and Wendy in service made sure it met all of my expectations. More
