Top notch customer service oriented, this type of service is hard to find these days. This team completed a catalytic converter overhaul in 5 hours and that includes 2 hours of driving round trip. I have had is hard to find these days. This team completed a catalytic converter overhaul in 5 hours and that includes 2 hours of driving round trip. I have had this done before and it took 2-3 days. For a family just trying to get back home from vacation, this team could’ve easily just told me that they couldn’t do the job. Instead they went well out of their way to help. To the leadership team at WM, well done! I encountered several team members and it was the same caring attitude from each employee. I will share this this story with many of people within my own company. More

I went there to get my Buick Enclave checked out and Foster was the auto technician. I was informed of all kinds of issues over $9,000 worth I had a second opinion All your information was false!!! Foster was the auto technician. I was informed of all kinds of issues over $9,000 worth I had a second opinion All your information was false!!! Brakes were not metal to metal Tires were not dry rotted And charging over $3000 for an oil pan that’s isn’t needed Not impressed whatsoever Taking advantage of people More
