After looking into your July 23rd service appointment, we recognize we fell short in multiple areas, including intake time, updates, and sending the refund check we promised. Since then, we’ve added another service advisor, implemented a follow-up process reviewed twice daily to ensure consistent communication, and increased oversight to make sure customer commitments are met.
