We sincerely apologize for the delays, lack of communication, and missed follow-through during your recent visit. After looking into your July 23rd service appointment, we recognize we fell short in multiple areas, including intake time, updates, and sending the refund check we promised. Since then, we’ve added another service advisor, implemented a follow-up process reviewed twice daily to ensure consistent communication, and increased oversight to make sure customer commitments are met. We truly appreciate your patience and willingness to give us another chance, and we’re committed to showing you the level of service our customers deserve.
