I was told to be there at 7:30 for an oil change and to have my window looked at. I was there 3 hours and only the oil change was done by 10:30. I had to go into the office and ask the status because my c have my window looked at. I was there 3 hours and only the oil change was done by 10:30. I had to go into the office and ask the status because my car was sitting in the lot. then it was pulled back in to check the window. There was no reason i should have had to be there that long. More
