I have been absolutely satisfied with everything about this dealership!!! From the friendly helpful and extremely understanding people!!! From the date of purchase and every single time I have to go get this dealership!!! From the friendly helpful and extremely understanding people!!! From the date of purchase and every single time I have to go get my car serviced absolutely amazing!!! I work for myself and my metris van is my main transportation so they absolutely no I needed to keep it cost-effective regarding the purchase and as well as every single time I take it to the service department I can’t say enough!!! Brennan Ruiz in the service department has been my go to ROCKSTAR every single time I’ve had my car serviced and I’ve had it serviced four times. He tells me exactly what I need. He tells me exact time so I can get me back on the road to my main concern my job. Can’t ask for anybody better and I think him very much every single time I see him I never purchased before from Walters until this van purchased but there after many friends have at their Porsche dealership in Riverside and their Porsche dealership in Ontario, many friends and family have because of all the kind words I have shared with them. Bought all my cars here . I don’t like the fact you have to haggle to get a car when you work and they don’t want to give you one. I saw the car I needed on Walter's website. Was hesitant to drive 60 miles to Irvine from Los Angeles. I wasn't sure if the photos were true. I communicated with Dan Gressman via email. I r Was hesitant to drive 60 miles to Irvine from Los Angeles. I wasn't sure if the photos were true. I communicated with Dan Gressman via email. I requested that he take cell phone pictures of the actual car on the lot and send them to me. Dan was amazing! He created a live video of the inside and outside of the car explaining all the features! He did a fabulous job! When I got to the dealership and saw the car, I already felt familiar with it. Dan was pleasant, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He made the sale easy and painless. He went above and beyond with my requests and delivered the car to my home in beautiful condition! I would definitely work with Dan again! Thank you! More
