Inconsiderate and Complete Waste of Time Horrible sales organization. For better sales experience, I would suggest to visit other dealerships. I found a specific car that I was interested in the dealer's inventory on dealer's website and selected to be contacted by dealership for quote. A lady named Jennifer called, indicating that the vehicle is still available and suggested to setup appointment. Since the dealership was not the closest one to me and was almost 40 miles away -- I specifically selected an appointment so I can allocate time to travel to the dealership to examine the car. Jennifer mentioned that the appointment was with a sales manager Frank Serraro. After I arrived and checked-in with the receptionist, Instead of Frank coming over to greet me, I was greeted by a sales consultant, Bob. I indicated that my appointment was with Frank. Bob then walked me over to Frank's office for a short greeting. Frank did not appear to have any customer that he was dealing with at that moment, but Bob nonetheless indicated with Frank's agreement that he will take over for Frank. Of course, Bob had no idea what I came into the dealership for, so I had to explain once again exactly what I was looking for (i.e. specific models, features, etc). Bob has no idea where the car I was interested in is located and even more time was wasted walking around to different locations in attempt to locate the car I had found on the website. After Bob spoke to Frank and/or other sales staff, they finally mentioned that they are in the process of terminating their affiliation with SMART. No one had bothered mention this fact prior to my arrival. At this point, I have already wasted over 30 minutes at the dealership. Bob then mentioned that the vehicle may have been stored at another site and offered to take me to see the vehicle. We drove to the storage lot where the vehicle is located -- and we finally found the vehicle I was interested from their website. But then when I asked to see the inside of the car, Bob was finally told that the vehicle is not available for sale or examination. Since I had to drive almost 40 miles to the dealership, in total, they've wasted over 3hrs of my time for NO REASON AT ALL. They knew where I was coming from and they were inconsiderate of how far I had to travel and how much time it took. They obviously have no interest in selling me a car after I had arrived at the dealership, even though I was courteous and afforded them every opportunity to make a sale. Further more, the dealership could have explained prior to my arrival that they are in the process of terminating their relationship with SMART, but instead, they decided to waste my time and had me travel all the way to the dealership then waste even more time to not sell me a car. Attempts to complain to the dealership directly regarding my experience had been met with avoidance and no call backs. Jennifer then has the audacity to call again to ask if I am still interested in purchasing a SMART.... THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE *WORST* DEALER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Knowledgeable salesman Christian Garcia was very helpful and eager when showing us around the dealership for a Mercedes Benz. We initially went in to see a car that we spotted online through Walter's site but when we arrived they couldn't find the vehicle which was very disappointing that it seemed like a bait and switch just to get us into the dealership. I'm the end, we were satisfied with the car we had chosen and Christian knew everything about the vehicle. He told us the in and outs of the car and how it runs which made us more convinced to purchase one. More
