My initial phine call I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They gave me a loaner car I was out of there in less than 10 min. J. R. Rodriguez was very cordial and professional . I was not able to return loaner the day my car was finished because of my work schedule , and J.R. was always friendly and professional in accommodating my hectic schedule until loaner was returned. No extra charge for returning a day late. On the day of return , the friendly staff greeted me at curbside and again I was out of there within 5 min. Great customer service. Thank you! Steve More

Upon receipt of said paper works he proceeded and worked on my case few hours later he contacted me confirming my approval which on my credit score is next to impossible but he made it happen. A couple of days later we brought the car home. What other dealers failed to do he was able to accomplish.
