Great service! I brought my SUV in with an elusive problem. David understood the problem and dove in. Waste of Time I had every intention to buy a sprinter van from this dealer. Submitted all my info. Got approved. Emailed back and forth. Called in to give them adva I had every intention to buy a sprinter van from this dealer. Submitted all my info. Got approved. Emailed back and forth. Called in to give them advance notice i was coming in. I get to the dealer and the van is not at dealership, its in some random dirt filled lot 10 min from the dealer. We get to lot and I was expecting to see a $60k Mercedes Black Sprinter Van, instead I see this dirty looking van with a layer of dirt, I get in the van to test drive, and can barely see out the front window, the gas meter was completely empty, i was worried the entire time it would run out of gas, I wanted to drive it on the freeway however i rather not risk an accident of the van running out of gas. So we drive back to the dealer and even though the van did not look presentable I ask to talk numbers. The dealer has a very uncomfortable quite vibe, you can hear when someone uses the restroom its so quite, maybe some soft music in the background would help or possibly turning on the a.c unit! Glenn the manager apologized and admitted they are under staffed and going through some changes so i still wanted to buy the sprinter even through all the negatives. What i did not like is that when i spoke to Glenn over the phone he said he could get close to the numbers another dealer was offering me, however in person he pulled a shady move and said my van has a couple more features, here is my price, if you don't like it, then you can walk, Really, is that how you guys talk to clients? I was willing to pay the price they were asking, but I will not make deals with someone that disrespects like that. The worst part of my experience with Walters is that Glenn seemed to not know what features his product had, i had to remind him that the van had a camera and other features. Walter's had 2 sprinter vans i was interested it, i was willing to buy either 1, but sadly Glenn forgot to mention the other sprinter van when i was asking for slight price reduction, the other sprinter van is a couple thousand cheaper then the one we were negotiating on, all he had to say was what if you take the cheaper priced van, i would have signed right there, but i am not the salesperson or the manager here, I was there to make a deal and Walters failed because of simple basics. They wasted my time and I hope they don't waste your time. The day ended with Glenn forgetting the box of keys at the lot and another salesperson coming into the negotiation asking where the box of keys were as he wanted to show a sprinter van. That was a sign to get out of there and take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately we had to drive another 10 minutes to get my car parked at some unsecured open lot. I am sure this is not a mercedes issue, but rather a Walters issue. I recently purchased an S550 from House Mercedes in Buena Park and that really felt like a mercedes transaction. More
