I just pruchased a fantastic 2012 E-350 from the best sales representative I have ever worked with. Bob Murray from Walter's Mercedes Benz in Riverside was extremely polite, knowledgeable and quite hones sales representative I have ever worked with. Took my car in for maintenance. Great work on my car and exceptional customer service. My service adviser, Leo, was very pleasant to work with. They found a minor issue with the car that they had to wait fo exceptional customer service. My service adviser, Leo, was very pleasant to work with. They found a minor issue with the car that they had to wait for parts to come in. Leo got me a loaner car for the day, and everything went through smoothly, and everything was done the very next day. It feels like they've tighten up all the nuts and bolts in the car that it drives much tighter. Thanks guys! More

Service at Walter's was wonderful! This was my first time coming here and the experience was great. I brought my car in for a routine oil change. The service adviser, Leo Tjoakro, was really friendly. At other dealers, I did not feel like my car problems mattered. I know it was just an oil change, but Leo made me feel like it was important. He truly cared about my car and gave me the best service I have ever had. I am usually treated like I don't know anything about cars, and walk away feeling stupid. But Leo, did not make me feel this way at all. I appreciate all of his hard work. I think he is a real asset to this company and I will continue to bring my car here for service. Alex Ramirez really was very attentive and knowledgeable on my E350. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off.
