I had visited numerous dealerships over a 2 weeks period in preparation to buy a vehicle. During my visits to other dealership I was on the lot for an average of 30 minutes before a sales person even appro in preparation to buy a vehicle. In some cases I had to go inside and ask for help, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service and the sales representative knowledge of the vehicle(s) I was interested. Most of the case I was made to feel as though I was taking up their time. But that all changed when I met Tony Hajj at Walters Mercedes Benz before I even made it to the parking lot he met me with a firm hand shake and a smile, he ask my reason for the visit and pointed me to the vehicle I told him was interested in purchases. There was one caveat to my purchase I would not be buying for 7 days and I was simply looking. Tony became more engaging asking questions about what I was looking for in a car, what was my bottom line, and then the magic question "how about your license just in case you want to test drive a vehicle you might be interested in purchasing. With his knowledge of the Mercedes Benz line, and the difference in the models I was asking about he walked the lot with me following my lead, answering every questions and BINGO, I saw this "Smokin S550" mind you I was interested in the 350 but I feel in love with car. We took a ride and my position still hadn't changed I would be back in 7 days - 5 days later I am the proud owner of my car. The purchase wouldn't have been possible without the patience, dedication, attention to detail (without pressure) and the concern that Tony and the Walter's team showed during the purchasing process. I talked to Vincent Troncoso, and asked him a million questions. He answered me straight, and in a way that made sense to someone who knows very little about cars. I didn't feel like he was trying to trick me in any way, nor did he attempt to push me into buying something that I didn't want. The finances were very clearly explained, and I was in and out as quick as could be. Four months later, and I still have no regrets (which is unusual)! Great deals, great people!
