Compared to Mercedes in West Covina the vibes here are way better! I got really fast service and was offered a loaner. I ended up hanging out in the lounge for a bit too and there’s coffee and tv to watch way better! I got really fast service and was offered a loaner. My rep was friendly and communicated well. I got my car serviced faster than expected. I was relieved when I left because having bought this new car with Mercedes vs Toyota (which my fam is sued too) I was bummed out when the service at WetsCo sucked. So glad I checked Riverside out and the drive wasn’t bad, there’s some nice scenery on the way! Definitely recommend and going back for my next service. More

My all 350 had a problem sealing its convertible roof. I complained it twice during warranty period. They said there was no problem. As soon as warranty expired, they said it would cost $5000 to repair. Jus complained it twice during warranty period. They said there was no problem.
