Top Notch Dealership! From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, the staff (sales & service) is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I originally purchased my Mercedes from Walter’s time you leave, the staff (sales & service) is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I originally purchased my Mercedes from Walter’s and have been getting it serviced there since. Their Service Dept is exceptional! The Service Advisors are always knowledgeable, and informative, especially my advisor Alex Ramirez. I never feel pressured, and I appreciate the recommendations for preventive maintenance. The techs are always meticulous and very thorough with their inspection and work. Will not ever go to another dealership! Keep up the good work Walter’s!
