Well taken care of. I have been a Walter's Mercedes customer sense 1974 and JR Rodriquez has been my go to man at Walter's for the past few years. I had to have the car I have been a Walter's Mercedes customer sense 1974 and JR Rodriquez has been my go to man at Walter's for the past few years. I had to have the car towed into the dealership a week ago and I was not in town to handle the problems I was having with the car I was able to work with JR on the phone and get things resolved in a timely manor.JR did an outstanding job for me. Last minute schedule for sevice Drove in for a car wash. The lady who greeted me asked what they could help me with. I said a car wash and an A service if they could fit it in. Two minutes later Brandon Monaco was writing it up. They gave me a loner and he called later that day to advise me that the differential had a leak and he checked the device history, found repairs done a year ago and could I drive the loaner another day? Gee , drive a new 300 with less than 7 thousand on the odometer for ANOTHER day while they completed a WARRANTY repair on my 230 with 111 thousand on it? Ya gotta do what you gotta do! Walters; good dealership, great people!! Well worth a 20 pack of Coke now and then. More
