He is incredible... very responsive, exceptionally quick to understand my needs and extremely proactive in finding solutions that exceed my expectations. The drivers side interior door handle was delaminating, to the extent that a sharp ridge of hard plastic had formed along the edge of the handle. This hard plastic would slice my fingers when I pulled the handle to open the door. Initially Brandon informed me I would have to pay to have the handle replaced because the warranty on the car had expired 2-months ago. Because of the nature of the issue Brandon agreed to investigate helping cover part of the cost. The next day Brandon informed me the cost of the repair would be 100% covered!!! I am very grateful for the work Brandon does each and every time I come into Walters Mercedes. More
