Needed scheduled service and eck bond estimate I had a tiny tear in my seat when l brought my car in for scheduled service. I asked Alex to send a pic to eck bond since l already filed a claim. And, took time to explain the process. He said eck bond may send a rep or, authorize them to do repair. He came to the waiting room to tell me eck bond was replacing the seat and that he would request the part to be ordered. He said he will call when the seat comes in.
