A combination of a reputable Dealership (W There is a reason I choose to drive almost 20 miles to have my Mercedes serviced by Walter’s Mercedes Benz. A combination of a reputable Dealership (Walter’s) and the service advisor JR Rodriguez and his expert team of technicians. They are the only ones I trust completely with my AMG. If you take as much pride in your Mercedes as I do with mine there is no comparable service department in the Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles.. Not every Mercedes Benz is equal, and based on my experience Walter’s sets th bar. More

Ouch broken Windshield My wife's 2008 Smart Car was hit by gravel on the freeway. The Windshield was cracked and she didn't want to drive it until it was fixed. I called Wa My wife's 2008 Smart Car was hit by gravel on the freeway. The Windshield was cracked and she didn't want to drive it until it was fixed. I called Walter's and they had a factory replacement in a jiffy. We brought the car in and it was fixed right away. It's nice to know that they always have the right parts for an older car close by. Service I was very pleased with the over all service. After spending what I consider a fair amount of money I was surprised to get into a dirty car. I even asked the person checking me out if my car was washed and he said and we even vacuumed it. No that did not happen. Dissatisfied on that part of the service. More
