Also, having the loaner car really made it a stress free situation. My husband said whoever worked on my car was a good mechanic because of the work he did as opposed to the work he could've said "I needed" if you catch my drift. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all. I felt like I'm the one that came out on top and I DEFINITELY don't always feel like that when leaving any auto shop. Also, right before I left I noticed there was dust that settled on my car since they washed it the day before and (I can't remember his name) went and got cleaner and washed off my windows for me right there. So thank you Walter's Mercedes & Austin Schneider! ? More
