Brakes finally repaired to perfection Called Riverside Merceds because the dealership I had been working with couldn't find the problem...I was immediately given an appointment an appointm Called Riverside Merceds because the dealership I had been working with couldn't find the problem...I was immediately given an appointment an appointment for same day or next day. My dealership had scheduled me for a week away. I was immediately impressed with Austin Schneider and his knowledge of my vehicle and reassurance of his brake guy being able to find any problems with my brakes, if any. I needed new rotors and they were back ordered. He assured me that he would be searching for them. Next day I had my car being repaired. I left and drove home, and stopped at the stop sign, and it felt like when I first purchased the vehicle! MR Schneider has followed up with me to make sure that I am happy with the work done with my vehicle. I should have purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I will continue to use this dealership for all my Mercedes needs. Just for them to check the vehicle they washed my car. At the other dealership I would have extensive work on my car and they would park it like it had been washed, I'd drive away and realize,they hadn't even washed my car! Or they'd call me my car was ready and then tell me they hadn't washed my car yet and wait an hour for them to wash it! Why did I stay with them so long? I could have come to Walters and been given Excellent service. More
