Happy Service Servicing my car is never something I look forward to, but necessary. I called Walter's on a Wednesday and I took my car in on Thursday where I was gi Servicing my car is never something I look forward to, but necessary. I called Walter's on a Wednesday and I took my car in on Thursday where I was given a loaner and thankfully my repairs were completed later in the same on that same day. Due to traffic I was told I could bring the loaner back and pick up my car the next day. Everything went well, my repairs were done at the lower cost with my coupon and the assistance of my service representative, Alex Ramirez. It was nice to get a discount especially with Christmas around the corner. It was also nice to see our old service rep, Carl who happened to stop by while having his own car serviced. More

Great Follow-up with Service I take the time to drive to Riverside, Ca for service when I have a local dealership a few minutes from my house because I trust the folks at Walters. I take the time to drive to Riverside, Ca for service when I have a local dealership a few minutes from my house because I trust the folks at Walters. I do a lot of long distance driving in remote parts of the country and Mexico for pleasure. I need to make sure my vehicle is ready for this type of adventure since it is a Sprinter 4X4 2500 Van by Sportsmobile. Being stuck somewhere is not a very good feeling when someone fails to do their job properly. I am able to talk critically with the service department knowing they understand what my concerns are and they follow-up. I've tried to use my local dealership but they just don't get it, but Walters does. I will continue to use them and build on our relationship. More
