I have been taking my cars for all service needs to Walters , the service advisor at Mercedes service center is very patient, meticulous and thorough. I have been taking my cars for all service needs to Walters Mercedes from past 18 years. I have bedn dealing with Alex from past 2 plus years with my 2 vehicles. He makes sure to keep me informed, what's going on with my vehicle. He breezes through (thoroughly)while you are there to pick up the car. The vehicle is always clean and washed and rntire work is done. Alex is definitely a big asset to this dealership. More

Excellent Service My car needed a tune up and I always take it to the dealer where the guys know what they are doing. My Service Advisor was David Greene and he treated My car needed a tune up and I always take it to the dealer where the guys know what they are doing. My Service Advisor was David Greene and he treated me with the outmost respect as well as took care of me in a timely manner. He kept me informed on the status and gave me an accurate ETA that met my expectations. While I waited for my vehicle I decided to take a walk and browse around the parts/accessories department where Mike Hernandez greeted me as soon as I entered. He was also very professional and answered my every question. That is the kind of experience I expected as I walked into the Mercedes Dealer and my expectations were most definitely exceeded. No music in my car I went Walters Mercedes , without am appiontment . Mr David Greene took care of me . Very nice person . I told him my radio and navigation button is not working. And I ran out of my warranty for my car . I was so depress about this . He said not to worry I can fix the problem . He gave me a very good price and took care of me right away . I was out of there in less than 2 hrs and my car was all washed and looking beautiful like new . I left so happy , my radio was working and I got a new button , I left singing in my car . Great customer service. Thank You David , I will ask for you next time I need to go in for service.
