Austin Schneider was great - I had to have my vehicle towed due to hitting something on the freeway which blew out the front tire as I went over it. Austin kept me apprised of everything that was happening as they reviewed the vehicle in detail, provided various recommendations for me to pursue, and after authorizing them, he was able to quickly get the vehicle back into a safe-running condition. I honestly expected the vehicle to remain there at least overnight since this was an unplanned, unscheduled stop - but Austin got my vehicle assessed and fixed up the same day. This was my first visit to Walter's and I was very satisfied. Thanks for everything! More
