Exceptional Service from start to finish! Brought my 2011 CX9 in and it was determined that I needed a new transmission and rear drive shaft. As the parts needed to be ordered and the repair Brought my 2011 CX9 in and it was determined that I needed a new transmission and rear drive shaft. As the parts needed to be ordered and the repair would take a few days once they were in, I was given a loaner car ( 2018 CX5....nice ride btw!) and kept informed of the progress throughout. Craig was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with as were the rest of the service staff. I picked up my car today and it not only runs like a dream again, it was washed and the interior cleaned....now that is service.!! More

Quality and friendly service My wife's vehicle needed repair, and Craig gave us a loaner vehicle. He kept us informed daily what was parts were needed. The estimate came in lower, and when I had questions on the repair he told me to bring it back the next day and he explained it in detail to me. My Mazda 3 needed inspection at the end of month, and Gary had me in and out so fast I didn't even had a chance to drink my coffee across the street. What a pleasure that service team is to deal with, that is why we have bought 3 vehicles in the last 17 years there. Quality, friendly, and fast service, and a no pressure sales team make it an ideal dealership for our family. More
