Had my truck in for a tune up and oil change when I got it back was whistling and check engine light was on. Called dealer and was told to bring it in asap. Was there 15 mins and problem fixed. Great customer service experience with service advisor Andra Baumgardner. My F150 had an electrical issue, that she kept me updated as they search for the problem. Eventually found the grounding wire is Andra Baumgardner. My F150 had an electrical issue, that she kept me updated as they search for the problem. Eventually found the grounding wire issue above the headliner and the metal roof. When the cause(s) were diagnosed, Andrea coordinated with my Extended Warranty plan to cover majority of repair bill. Andrea a great representative for Washington Ford. Highly recommend Washington Ford. More
