Paid for a vehicle diagnostic for 3rd row seat not folding. Drop the car off at 8am I was given a call at 3pm saying they just started the work and has not dispose the problem. I also brought in my vehicle in for a recall notice which was not completed either at the time of the phone call but was told it was completed when vehicle was picked up. Fine When I dropped off my truck, I anticipated receiving a call either that day or the next regarding any necessary repairs and approvals. I understand that these situations often come down to cost—I'm a business owner myself, so I get it. This was my first Ford, and while the purchase experience at Al Packer was excellent thanks to a great salesperson, the service experience afterward was disappointing. That led me to transfer to Wayne Akers, but unfortunately, the service experience here has been similarly frustrating. That said, I do see that your team is making an effort, and I appreciate that. Surveys are valuable tools, but only if the feedback is acted upon. Additionally, your phone system could use improvement—calls should be answered promptly, and callbacks should be standard practice.
